Senior Analyst/Developer, Global Project Management — Jan ‘97 to Apr ‘97
I was at Honeywell on two separate engagements to work on this PMI-based project management database application. The application consisted of a program library database that managed a portfolio of related projects and each project had it’s own database management system based on the PMI template.
The Global Project Management application defined strict workflow that mandated proper protocols were followed throughout the life-cycle of the project and that proper documentation was produced. Meetings, agendas, and action items were tediously controlled and tracked.
